Hello and welcome to Plan B Services. My name is Michael Berger.
I’m an experienced leader, manager, and team
builder that combines my Information Technology knowledge,
business knowledge, and strategic skills with personalized
coaching and training.
I
have a strong customer service background along with
a diploma in Instruction of Adults and have studied
coaching through the Coaches Training Institute.
I
bring loyalty, values, integrity, honesty, confidentiality,
and commitment to any workplace, team, training session
or coaching relationship.
I
started Plan B so that I could help people just like
you. Whether it’s personal coaching, business
coaching, a keynote speech, or a training seminar,
I am here to help you succeed. I have been fortunate
over the years to work with and learn from many different
people and have spent many years reading about and
working in some of Canada’s top companies. I
like to share my knowledge and experiences to help
people in who wish to become an entrepreneur, or have already started a small business, as well as those as well
as those needing a trainer or conference presenter.
I
like to work with people who want more out of life
and know they’ve got it in them to give and
to do. People who honour and live by their values.
People who feel that by serving and helping others,
