Michael Berger is the founder and president of Plan
B Services, a company focused on Personal and Business Coaching, Corporate Training, and Inspirational Speaking.
Michael is a creative, articulate leader and team
builder who uses analysis, strategy, intuition, teamwork
and continuous improvement to achieve results. He
is especially skilled in creating, leading and developing
teams. He is a prime example of someone living his
values and he continues to inspire those who have
come to know him.
A strategic visionary, his proven methodologies and
best practices have given both business owners and those wishing to start a business a solid foundation and the freedom to improve their lives.
He works with people who wish to start a new business, or small business entrepreneurs already in business that wish to reach the next level.
Over the past few years, those who have come to Michael have built a solid business foundation, gained clarity in their lives, enhanced their performance
and achieved better results. He also delivers keynotes
and workshops on a variety of topics ranging from leadership, teamwork and teambuilding, and coaching to time management and networking.
After spending 20 years on the front lines and in head offices of some of Canada's top companies, he has spent the last four years focusing his talent and
enthusiasm on business owners, potential entrepreneurs, as well as other management and professionals.
He helps them develop their professional, interpersonal,
and leadership skills through individual and group
coaching as well as delivering training programs to
clients within various corporations, associations and government agencies.
Michael has served in leadership
roles in most associations and organizations he has belonged
to and has written business articles, manuals and training programs
for a number of organizations.
Michael and his wife Gillian are raising two boys
and one dog in Chilliwack, “the green heart
of British Columbia”, on Canada’s west
coast. His passions include reading, music, hockey,
history, movies, Canada, as well as traveling and
meeting people of all countries and cultures.
